Position: Junior Legal Operations Specialist
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
RemotePass is looking for a Junior Legal Operations Specialist to join its growing global legal team. This role is ideal for a proactive lawyer eager to build solid in-house legal experience, work on employment law and contract management, and support a fast-paced, international organization.
Who Can Apply – Eligibility
- Law Degree (LLB/JD) from a recognized university.
- Bar membership or qualification in any country.
- 2–3 years of experience in an in-house legal department or corporate legal team.
- Exposure to employment law, commercial contracts, or HR-related work is preferred.
Must possess:- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and sense of ownership.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, or Arabic are a plus).

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and edit contracts including employment agreements, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Conduct legal research and prepare country playbooks, compliance summaries, and legal briefs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to provide legal and compliance support.
- Develop and improve internal legal templates, SOPs, and playbooks to streamline operations.
